The hall may be rented for $75 a day.  A $75 deposit must also be submitted in addition to the rental payment.  This deposit will be returned to you if there was no additional cleaning required and/or damage. 

The hall seats approximately 100 people and has a full kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, and microwave.  You must supply your own cooking utensils.  Behind the hall is a large shelter with picnic tables, a swing set, volleyball court with net, and horseshoe pits.  You must provide your own grill.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Vandalism, abusive or disorderly conduct is not tolerated. Violation will cause dismissal and closing.
2. Please do not sit on the tables.
3. ABSOLUTELY NO LIQUOR unless you have a licensed bouncer.
4. Telephone for emergency or local calls only.
5. Midnight Curfew.
6. No wall or ceiling or window decorations.
7. No grease or coffee grounds to be dumped in sinks or toilets.
8. Garbage must be bagged and removed or the deposit will not be refunded.
9. Clean the hall thoroughly, including the bathrooms and outdoor areas if necessary.  If the town has to pay for additional cleaning, or to repair any damages, they have the right to keep all, or a portion of the rental deposit to cover the costs.  If additional charges apply, you will be billed accordingly.
10. The town does not assume any liability on groups or individuals attending the functions at the hall.
