M. Other Fees:
Upon failure to obtain a
permit before work on a building has been started, expect in emergency
cases, the total fees will be DOUBLE the fees charged.
On the second
offense, total fee shall be TRIPLED; third offence - fees shall
be QUADRUPLED. Any other occasions may, in addition, bring about
citations.

Building permits for one-family and
two-family new homes, effective 11/01/2007, consists of all permits for
structure, HVAC, plumbing, electric, erosion, energy, and eleven
inspections.

THE TOWN OF CHASE DOES
NOT ALLOW REGISTERED COMMERCIAL PROJECTS IN THE TOWN.
