Town Budget Hearing & Meeting Minutes

November 9, 2009

MEETING NOTICES:  Notices for the Budget Hearing and Budget Hearing were posted and published in the Oconto County Reporter and the Pulaski News, as well as the three town display boxes. 

PRESENT:  Gary Van Lannen, Dennis Kroll, Steve Gohr, Jeanne Wroblewski, Jolene Schwarm, and local residents.

BUDGET HEARING:  The town board met at 7:15 pm.  Copies of Proposed Budget where given to the people attending the meeting.  After discussion on the estimates for 2009 the Budget hearing was closed and moved to the Budget Meeting.

BUDGET MEETING:  The town board met at 7:30 pm.  Motion to pass the Proposed Budget for 2009 by Scott Vanden Heuvel, Scd Donna Jensen, Passed 18-0.  Motion by Larry Hilbert, Scd by Emil Jensen to approve the Highway Expenses for 2009; 16 for, 2 opposed.  Passed.  Motion to approve the town levy of $299,766 by Scott, Scd Donna, Passed 18-0.  Motion to adjourn the Budget Meeting by Larry, Scd Emil, Passed 17-0.
