MINUTES OF THE LOCAL BUDGET HEARING AND BUDGET MEETING NOVEMBER 8, 2010 Copies of the Proposed Budget were available. Notices were posted in the three town boxes, given to the Oconto County Reporter and the Pulaski News. Only 13 people were present. The Budget Hearing was called to order at 7:00 Pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Proposed local levy @ 1.52 x $195103000 assessed valuation would generate $296,556 in revenue. The mill-rate is the same as last year; the assessed valuation went up over six million dollars. Our population is 2854 and there are 1959 persons of voting age in town. Proposed highway expenses for 2011 are $299,000 (up from $295,000 from 2010). The Budget Hearing was closed. The Budget Meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm. Motion by Donna Jensen, Scd by Norb Reinhard to approve the Highway Expenses, Passed. Motion by Norb Reinhard, Scd by Donna Jensen to approve the $1.52 levy for local purposes, Passed.
