It is an area that loves traditions and holidays. When out for your next drive look around and see all the colorful holiday decorations that are out. Remember what it was like to be a child and see the neighbors decorations and know that a special time of year was just around the corner. |

But the area remains rich in what it began with, farming. Wherever you go and wherever you look there are still prospering family farms, some of which have been a part of this community from as far back as when the Town of Chase first began. |

And while you're out, check out the beautiful countryside and the varied styles of homes, from the local family farms to the new homes being built throughout the township. Chase prides itself in being a descent and respectable town. The town Planning Commission reviews each new proposed land improvement or change and always makes their decisions with the towns best interests in mind. |
