h How to Access Property Tax Info Online g

1)  Go to www.co.oconto.wi.us

2)  Click on Tax Info / Parcel Mapping in the upper right hand section of the main page

3)  Click on the blue "Public Access" circle
 

4)  Click the hyperlink sentence at the top of the page that starts with " I accept the terms . .  . "
 

5)  Enter your parcel number (without hyphens) or address info, then click the SEARCH button.

6)  Click on your parcel number under the Tax Key column.

7)  The first screen that comes up will be the Real Estate General Assessment Results .

      Go to the bottom of this screen and click on the Tax Information button.

8)  The next screen that comes up will be the Real Estate System Tax Information page.

      This is the page you want.  MAKE SURE THE CORRECT TAX YEAR IS PULLED UP. 

* Tax information for the current tax year is usually posted to the county website by the mid
  December.  If the current tax year does not display, it has not yet been posted to the website.

  and it does not break down the 1st and 2nd installment (half) payments.
